The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency
The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency’s primary objective is to provide assistance through education and counseling to applicants throughout the certification process in order to build a certified vendor pool for member entities. It is a policy of all public entities as part of the NCTRCA to provide a practical opportunity to participate in their contracting and purchasing activities.

These entities are committed to enhancing participation for disadvantaged, minority and woman owned business in public/government contracting and purchasing activities.
Historically Underutilized Business
The statewide Historically Underutilized Business Program facilitates the use of HUB’s in state procurement and provides them with information on the states procurement process. In accordance with 34 TAC 20.13,m each state agency shall make a good faith effort to utilize HUB;s in contracts for construction, services and commodities purchases.
